All estimates, quotes, and proposals provided by CincyEdge are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed upon signing a formal contract.

3. Payment Terms

  • Typical arrangements include an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon project completion.
  • CincyEdge reserves the right to halt work if payments are delayed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the site, necessary permits, and approvals required for work. Client delays or changes may affect project timelines and pricing.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation or changes after work has started may incur additional charges.
  • CincyEdge will work with clients to accommodate changes whenever feasible.

6. Warranties and Limitations

  • CincyEdge guarantees quality craftsmanship in line with industry standards.
  • Specific warranty terms will be included in the final contract.
  • We are not liable for defects caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect after installation.

7. Liability

CincyEdge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total value of the services rendered.

8. Use of Materials and Photos

CincyEdge may use photos of completed projects for marketing and promotional activities unless a client expressly requests otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

CincyEdge reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Changes will be posted online with an updated “Effective Date.”
